My goal is to support you with telling your story.

Everyone’s story is unique to them.

Sometimes we face difficult life circumstances that can make it challenging to experience happiness, and that’s okay.

Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, stress, or relationship issues, or just wanting to understand yourself better, I can help.

I’ll start by listening to your story, then together we’ll find ways to help you cope with the challenges you’re facing, find meaning in the misfortune you’ve experienced, and move past your challenges.

I’m passionate about working with young adult males because of the importance of this developmental time-period, which often gets little attention.

I also enjoy working with anyone who is looking to improve themselves.  

This can be anything from learning to cope better with stress and anxiety, building your self-confidence and self-esteem, overcoming limiting beliefs, to finding meaning in one’s life.

I also love helping people work through their relationship issues as romantic relationships can be both the greatest source of inspiration to succeed in life and the worst anchor holding us back.

  • I train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)

    I hold a purple belt in this art and would strongly recommend it as a vehicle for self-improvement for anyone. I’ve competed many times, and I look forward to completing more tournaments in the near future.

  • I have a Bengal cat named Milo!

    Milo is full-grown at 14lbs. He runs on a giant cat-wheel in the living room, plays fetch, and is harness trained for outdoor walks.

  • I’ve lived in many cities, including in Europe and Australia!

    I spent my early childhood in two countries in Europe, I grew up in many cities across the GTA, and I lived abroad in Sydney, Australia.
