 Our therapists provide individual online counselling and couples therapy. Most of our clients are busy professionals trying to balance career, relationships, and home life.

Our approach

We offer solution-focused therapy, which is a type of therapy that is goal-oriented and focuses on the solutions rather than the problems. In solution-focused therapy, you’ll work collaboratively with your therapist to uncover times when you handled a situation well or used your coping skills effectively.

In solution-focused therapy, we focus on how your life will be different, not on the problems you’re facing or your past challenges. We help you take control of your situation and look towards a brighter future.

These are some of the questions we’ll ask you in solution-focused therapy.

The way solution-focused therapy works is that your therapist will ask you questions, sort of like an interview. Based on your answers, you’ll work with your therapist to identify your goals and what you want your life to look like. What would be the most satisfying solution that you could get out of therapy?

Solution-focused therapy benefits anyone who wants to make real change and see true growth in the therapy process.
