Meet Kurtis Robinson
Registered Psychotherapist
I am passionate about helping people see how strong they are.
Often, we think about how stress, mental health challenges, and even trauma can leave us wounded. Sometimes we forget that our body, mind and spirit have the innate ability to heal.
I believe that whatever adversity people face, there is always potential to bounce back, find resilience and move forward. My goal is to nurture this healing journey with clients.
“One of the things I love about solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) is its beautiful pragmatism. Steve de Shazer, one of the founders of SFBT, once said, “If it works, do more of it. If it doesn’t work, do something else.” Since I’ve learned SFBT I’ve continued to use it with my clients because it works!”
